We use U.S. Mail and Federal Express to ship packages.
Order Processing Time
Normal time for processing your order into our computers is 24 – 48 hours. It then takes our shipping department UP TO 72 hours to ship your package. If you choose the same-day shipping option for an additional $10.00 your order will be PROCESSED AND SHIPPED the same day (if order is placed before 2 p.m. MST, Monday through Thursday). Choosing this option has NO bearing on the method of SHIPPING METHOD. Therefore, if you choose same day shipping and US Mail or UPS your order will be processed and shipped the same day and then between 5 – 10 days for delivery. HOWEVER, for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE, you can have same-day shipping with Federal Express NEXT DAY or 2 DAY SERVICE. Look for these extra charges under SHIPPING OPTIONS.

Orders are processed within 72 hours (unless rush services are requested), Monday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. MST (Closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday), however there is no guarantee unless you choose an expedited shipping service.

If your order is placed on Thursday after 6:00 p.m., we will process it on Monday and ship it out on Tuesday. Please allow up to ten business days for standard and rush delivery services.

Shipping charges are calculated by adding a base rate plus a weight fee. Weight fees are calculated on the the total weight of your order. Sale items are not calculated in the weight fee.

Order processing and shipping times are based upon business days. Please do not count the day shipped nor weekends as "days."
Returned Orders Unclaimed or Refused
Should an order be refused or unclaimed, the customer will be expected to pay all shipping and handling fees. Should the customer NOT pay these fees, no other orders will be shipped until payment is made.
