| Please fill out our order form and mail it to PO Box 11367, Denver, CO 80211-0367. Checks under $30.00 are usually
cleared the same day although checks over that amount may take up to 10
days to clear. Money orders are the quickest and safest way to pay, although
you may also pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AMEX). |

| Before you call, have your entire order ready including
catalog numbers, product descriptions, and prices, along with any questions
you might have. This will keep our costs down and therefore pass on these
low prices to you. When you call, we will ask for your name, address, phone
number and delivery method. You may call in your order 24 hours a day. Operators
are on duty 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday MST. You may leave your

| Any customer presenting check with insufficient
funds will have 10 days to provide an alternate method of payment (Certified
Check, Money Order or Credit Card). In addition, a $25.00 service charge
added to the amount of the order. Otherwise, after 10 days the check will
be turned over to the District Attorney's Office for criminal prosecution,
as well as listed with Equifax Credit Bureau. No partial payments on returned
checks will be accepted. |
| In the event that an item is out of stock, a substitute
resembling the originally requested item may be shipped. Should you not
approve of this, please write on your order "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" in the message
area. Should you not like a substitute you may return it and receive a credit
or refund including your shipping costs. |
