| My credit/ATM card was charged but I have not recieved my order yet. |
Yes. When you place an order your order is processed into our computers and your card is charged to guarantee funds at that time. You would not believe how many people place orders and do not have the funds to cover the charge. Your order is then sent to our shipping department and filled and shipped within 72 hours. Please allow a total of ten days to receive your order.

| I think my order is overdue. I usually get it within 3 or 4 days |
Like mailing a letter....... there is no rhyme or reason why a letter sometimes can take 3 days and sometimes take 10 days.Sometimes we are too popular and have too many orders. Please wait for your tracking number and then track your package online. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated!

| I am unhappy with my order. What do I do? |
With every order comes an invoice. On the reverse side of the invoice are return instructions. You may request replacement, exchange for another item or refund. Please wrap bottles in several zip lock style bags and include newspaper in case of leakage. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN BROKEN OR LEAKING BOTTLES. CALL 888-419-0022.

| What is the best method of storing my bottles? |
Heat and moisture break down even a closed bottle over time.An air conditioned room is more than adequate. Sunlight destroy the product as well as moist temperature from the refrigerator or freezer. While storing your bottles in the refrigerator help a little, make sure that they are in protective zip lock style bags to keep out the moist air.

| Will my order be shipped discreetly? |
We find that shipping our products out in plastic see through boxes did not go over too well so YES, your items are boxed in a plain brown or white box from Picture Brite.

| TRACKING NUMBERS |
Tracking numbers are usually emailed within 2 business days. Unfortunately, Picture Brite is not FULLY automated.
Tracking numbers are put into our system MANUALLY, when an employee has a little extra time from filling and shipping orders. If we are filling and processing too many orders, we would rather fill and ship rather than put in tracking numbers.
If the employee that usually handles tracking numbers is out or away, tracking numbers may take a few days. This DOES NOT mean that your parcel is delayed or has not gone out. It just means that someone has not sent it to you yet and please be patient.

| Can you recommend which liquid is the best? |
I am sorry we cannot. It is a matter of personal preference and some people agree or disagree. If we tell you which we recommend or which sells better and you don't like it, you are going to ask us for a refund. Try them until you find your favorite.HINT: Most people like the big square bottles. Bigger opening at the top.

| Do you ship outside of the USA |
We ship everything world wide except for video head cleaners (liquids), Ethyl Spray and nitrous oxide. All other items are available to be shipped worldwide however international shipping charges will apply.

| Did my web order go through? |
The way you can tell if your order went through is that you get an email confirmation of your order. After this occurs, within 72 hours, you should get an email confirmation that your credit card or ATM card was charged and the shipping information.IF YOU HAVE SPAM CONTROL, make sure that you unblock our email address as this prvents you from getting email confirmations. ESPECIALLY WITH EARTHLINK. We cannot seem to get their spam blocker unblocked.

| I ordered NEXT DAY or SECOND DAY AIR and my confirmation says that my order will take up to ten days to recieve? |
Yes. This is a FORM LETTER. It inputs your name, order number and total. The form letter goes on to say "unless you ordered and paid for expedited services".

| I ordered same day shipping and my order is not here yet. |
OK, this is a tricky one! NO, same day shipping does not mean you will recieve your order the SAME DAY. It does not mean that you automatically get next day air service. It does mean that if your order is recieved by 2 PM, we guarantee that your order will be processed into our computer, get filled by our shipping department and LEAVE OUR BUILDING all within the same day. You may request this service with regular US MAIL or UPS OR you may pay extra for AIR services. Please look to see which service you requested.

| I think I have a bad bottle, what do I do? |
FOR BROKEN OR LEAKING BOTTLE CLAIM CALL 888-419-0022. If you just think your bottle is weak, please understand that our bottles are filled about 30,000 at a time. Stock is regularly rotated to insure fresh unexpired liquid. In 17 years we have had 3 bad batches of liquid and trust me that we know when we have had a bad run. Otherwise, it is virtually impossible for a few bottles to be weaker than others. HOWEVER, once again, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please return it after filling out the reverse side of the enclosed invoice and returning both for credit, refund or exchange.

| How long do the bottles last? |
UNOPENED, your bottle should last 4 - 6 months.

| The bottle gets weaker but it is still half full? |
Yes. The active ingredients vaporize into the air leaving the inactive portion behind.

We are closed FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS and our hours are 8 am until 6 pm MOUNTAIN TIME. You may leave your order on voice mail or place it on the web.

| MONTHLY PLANS |
Please remember that plans are filled THE FIRST DAY OF EACH MONTH. If you placed your order for example on March 8th, your order will be processed, your card charged so that we may enter it into the system BUT your first plan would not be shipped until the first of the following month. SO PLEASE NOTE THAT FEDERAL EXPRESS NEXT DAY OR TWO DAY IS NOT AVAILABLE for plans as this is an ongoing order for 6 months. If you select AIR, the system will acknowledge it and appear as you are being charged for it, but it will be corrected to regular FIRST CLASS MAIL when being processed.
